The snow inside the window makes me a little sad. I like the lean of the buildings as if they are saying they are tired. Nice that the fence remnant is still upright.
I so love your composition on this one. The reason being because of my sometimes tunnel vision I would have move further back with my wide angle and got a whole different image but you captured a truly neat photo. Love you conversions. I can see I have to start using my Nik Silver efex pro more often , it’s been collecting dust lately.
I love the old buildings and the hint of color in the first is wonderful.

gorgeous. I like the color version because the colors are so faded it just adds to the weathered and abandoned look.
