Is that Johnathon Livingston Seagull, Singing the US National Anthem?? I thought he sang Advance Australia Fair!

I see at least a couple potential violations of the US Flag Code there. But, it makes for a fascinating shot. Who put it there, I wonder?

Is this a sign that the seagulls have conquered the rock? Was there a turf war? I like them both, but prefer the color version here
